UNFORGETTABLE STAY
For villas with a sixth bedroom we will dynamically charge an additional 50% of the per-room rate for groups exceeding 10 guests.
Below that threshold, it is excluded from the pricing, allowing us to capture additional revenue from larger groups without inflating the headline rate.
We’ll also apply the prevailing minimum stay norms for luxury villas – 4 to 5 nights in low season and 7 or more nights in high season – and our reservations team will be on hand to fill calendars responsively with vetted guests
